Craftsmanship Inspired by Scotland
Welcome to Barnweil Crafts, a small independent laser-engraving business based on the beautiful Isle of Skye. What began as a hobby for Johnny has grown into a full-time passion, and for the past year Barnweil Crafts has been creating unique, high-quality engraved pieces inspired by Scotland’s landscapes, traditions, and craftsmanship.
Every item is made with care, precision, and a genuine love for the craft.

Engraved with Precision and Imagination
At Barnweil Crafts, every design starts with an idea and is brought to life using professional laser-engraving equipment. Working across a range of materials, including slate, hardwoods, whisky glasses, water bottles, and hand-turned wood, producing pieces that are ideal for gifting, keepsakes, or use around the home.
From coasters and placemats to cutting boards, platters, whisky tumblers and tealight holders, each product is made to celebrate natural materials and crisp, detailed engraving.
